VIVIO works on a monthly subscription, and every plan comes in two modes: SaaS, where you run the platform, and Managed by VIVIO, where you approve and we execute. For brands (excl. VAT): Basic €299 SaaS / €449 managed, Pro €399 / €799 and Ultimate €599 / €1,399 per month. For agencies: Agency Basic €299 and Agency Pro €499 per month. Upfront annual payment applies a 10% discount, and there is a bespoke Enterprise plan.

Plans differ in the number of barter collaborations, simultaneous listings, users and countries, included paid campaigns, dedicated account manager and priority support. The Pricing page includes the full feature comparison.

Brand plans choose between a 6-month commitment with the setup fee included or a 3-month commitment with a €299 setup fee (onboarding on SaaS or a strategy session on managed). Agency Basic and Agency Pro require no commitment, and Agency Enterprise has an annual commitment.

For two reasons, and both exist so the channel actually works for you. The first is setup: before launching we analyse your business, design the strategy and run the onboarding or strategy session with you. That is real work from our team, and it needs a minimum horizon to make sense. The second is how collaborations work: they are booked ahead. Between a creator accepting, publishing the content and you validating it, several days pass at best, and many collaborations are closed weeks or months in advance. A few days is simply not enough time for the channel to produce results you can judge. The commitment is the minimum window to see it work, not an exit barrier.

Enterprise is VIVIO’s managed program, for brands or agencies that need more than a SaaS: a team takes care of strategy, creator selection and negotiation, campaign coordination and reporting, powered by our own technology and with whatever integrations are needed. You approve the key decisions; we execute. Management fees start at €4,900/mo excluding VAT, with a minimum commitment of 6 months of continuous service. Creator investment, production and usage rights are quoted separately: they are distinct line items and are not included in those fees. It fits brands allocating from €10,000/mo to this channel, and the scope is quoted according to each organization’s objectives. Paid campaigns are independent from barter collaborations. VIVIO applies a campaign fee (9% on entry plans and 4% on higher plans) plus the transaction; the creator budget is calculated separately.

Yes. Upfront annual payment applies a 10% discount on the monthly price of all fixed-price plans. It is the only term-based discount: for brands there is no semi-annual discount.
